Howdy,In May we took a month off to travel the national parks of California, Arizona and Utah. It was great spending so much time together with our 1 year old daughter. We had time to think, reflect, read and write. It's no coincidence that I published a new article on the importance of 'slack time' (link below).As mentioned in my previous newsletter, I am on a mission to improve the way we work. Making organizations adaptable to change, beyond just implementing agile. In this newsletter I'll share a few articles on this subject.So, what comes after agile? Self-management is definitely one of the ingredients. In June I started working with a new client, a fully self-managed IT company: Schuberg Philis has 230 people and no managers.
