Inspiring LinkedIn update
"For the last 2 weeks we have given total control to our engineers to make their own decisions on how to organize themselves as well as what to work on. The only request was that they would try to improve one of our key business performance indicators. The results were amazing... Upcoming events: lessons from Formula 1
Earlier this year we visited the Red Bull Racing factory together with a group of CIO’s, by invitation of AT&T. I researched how Formula 1 teams are organized and discovered that they are very agile organizations. They innovate rapidly and are adaptable to change in a regulated environment. Last week I shared my lessons and insights at Ctree Inspire in the beautiful castle of Nyenrode Business University. If you've missed it, there is another opportunity in september at Agile Amsterdam 2017.
