I’m excited to share with you my latest article. A case study of the work we have been doing with Roche Pharmaceuticals.
A couple of highlights:
Transforming a 125-year-old organization in a regulated industry like biotechnology can seem difficult to achieve, but it is far from impossible.
The change was co-created with the people in the organization. It was participatory from the beginning.
The new organization is built on three types of autonomous, self-organizing teams with different time horizons.
We share the new work practices that helped enable the new structure to work: team charters, 90-day outcomes, action meetings, retrospectives and Integrative Decision Making.
