Have you recently read any books on the future of work but are you wondering ‘how the heck do I implement it?’ Then you’re definitely not alone. Recently, a CEO told me he had read Reinventing Organizations and was very inspired. But he really had no idea how to start this change in his huge (>30k people) organization.
That’s why I’m so excited about the book Brave New Work! It bridges the gap between theory and practice and contains tons of practical things you can try today to replace bureaucracy with autonomy, trust and transparency. For my Dutch followers, you can order it at bol.com and Managementboek. Also I’m excited to announce I’m working on a Dutch version that will be available in September.

Also, for those who have read my previous newsletter, you know I am also working on my own book! The Dutch version will be in stores in June and you can pre-order it now. We’re preparing the book launch party so stay tuned for more info. If you can’t wait, come to my session in May in Amsterdam at Agile Leadership Europe and win a free copy. See the teaser video below.
