Agile in the boardroom and beyond & What if we would cancel all meetings?

Agile in the boardroom and beyond & What if we would cancel all meetings?

How can you let the agile transformation go beyond IT and also engage the management layer and eventually change the whole operating system? That’s the central question that I’d tried to answer in this video with (ex-Spotify) agile coach Jimmy Janlén. I also share a story about an experiment where a management team managed to reduce their weekly fixed recurring meetings from 40 down to 12 hours. In the links below there is also good write-up of a another experiment where a department stopped having meetings and sending emails. Enjoy!
